Alix Wine Selection wants you to be fully satisfied with your order. Please read our return terms below.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Due to the nature of wine products, we cannot accept returns for opened bottles or for reasons unrelated to product defects.

How to request a return

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issue, including photos of the damaged item. We will provide instructions once your request is reviewed.

Return shipping

For approved returns due to damage or defect, return shipping costs are covered by Alix Wine Selection. For any other approved return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
