Tasting Notes
Lively fruit: green apple, a touch of apricot and fine lemony acidity, with delicate elderflower. Honeydew melon, kiwi and citrus, typical Riesling. Light and refreshing body, clear slate and spice notes, acidity and lightness in perfect balance. Lovely with Yu-Xiang shredded pork, sea-salt cheese mousse or a crispy pork cutlet.
