彼得·美德（Peter Mertes）酒庄由彼得·美德先生于1924年创立，1969年起坐落于德国摩泽尔（Mosel）河畔的千年古城伯恩卡斯特尔-库斯（Bernkastel-Kues）。历经四代传承，酒庄从一个小型家族酒厂发展为德国最大的酿酒集团之一，佳酿畅销全球70余国。晚收（Spätlese）指葡萄延迟采收，果实更加成熟，酒体更饱满、甜美。
