For one evening, forget the menu and let yourself be guided.

Each session, Alix hand-picks 3 to 5 wines — from Bordeaux classics to hidden gems — and walks you through them, glass by glass, in a warm and relaxed setting.

No sommelier diploma required. Just curiosity, good company, and an open palate.

The evening is hosted primarily in English, with some Chinese — so everyone feels at home.
