The second wine of Chateau Senejac, from the family behind Chateau Talbot - serious Bordeaux at a fair price.
Winemaker's Notes
Sénéjac's vineyard lies on a plateau overlooking the commune of Le Pian. A former barony, it was first owned by Nicolas de Bloys in the 16th century. In 1999, the property was given new impetus to join the ranks of Médoc's finest wines when it was acquired by Lorraine Cordier, who also owned Château Talbot, a Grand Cru Classé in Saint-Julien.

Tasting Notes
The nose offers an elegant cocktail of fresh, fruity aromas with some lightly toasted notes. The attack is supple, underscored by a pleasant freshness; the light yet plump tannic structure creates an overall impression of roundness, and the finish is quite long.
